The exhaust system is responsible for: quietening engine operation and removing exhaust fumes from the engine. The exhaust system consists of lengths  of specially formed pipe that include electronic sensors and catalytic or particulate converters and mufflers.Regular exhaust system maintenance requires the inspection and, in some instances, various other procedures to occur at selected kilometer and/or monthly intervals, as specified by the manufacturer. Periodic inspection of the exhaust system is not required |
